I would give Paul 10 stars if I could! He was always willing to do whatever he could to make things easier for us in the sale of our house. He was always available for any questions we had. Paul made the selling of our home much easier than I expected. We were so impressed by Paul that we have hired him to help us with the buying/building process of our new home. I would highly recommend anyone to hire Paul as your agent. He is the best!

We were referred by a friend to Paul to list my folks house in Lawrenceville. His network of contractors to assist with renovations/remodeling as well as his strategy to market the property were top notch and led us to the 2nd highest sale to date in this neighborhood off 120. Pre-marketing and communication are Paul's strengths, led to verbal offers prior to the house officially listing and could have sold for more had there not been appraisal concerns. Would trust and recommend Paul to anyone serious about selling a house and getting the professional help you need from start to sale!

We loved working with Paul and team. They came in, gave us a few tips, listed the house and was sold in a few days. We received multiple offers and he went through all of them and answered all my questions. They came with a plan and followed through.
